PaintExpo, the world's leading trade fair for painting technology, has been organized by Leipziger Messe in Karlsruhe since the takeover in 2022 and is intended to offer international exhibitors an attractive and convenient service model. One of the challenges of the trade fair is the live presentations of the compressed air-powered exhibits.

SOLUTION

FAIRNET has developed a new service model for event organizers and is the central point of contact for all exhibitors in its role as technical organizer. This begins with the acceptance of all orders for system stand construction, for power and water connections and for suspension points. At the world's leading trade fair for painting technology, it also provides advice on compressed air and individual provision. FAIRNET coordinates the relevant specialist departments, service providers and specialists for implementation. FAIRNET is also responsible for organizational tasks such as the allocation of parking spaces on the exhibition grounds, the development of a traffic concept and the logistical planning of deliveries, set-up and dismantling. Not forgetting the provision of service personnel and services for the organizer, including LED advertising space and the installation of the Press Center and Reload Station.
